One day in London, I made several pilgrimages. My first stop was the churchyard in which the female protagonist in my next novel is buried. Her gravesite is uncertain.
The church was altered in Victorian times.
Inside as well as outside. But it's very nice.
Later in the day I made my way to St. James's Square, in which the female protagonist in my recently finished novel was born, spent some of her childhood years, and lived after her marriage.
Her birthplace, which didn't look like this in the 1670's.
She lived here in the early years of her marriage.
King William III is a minor character in my novel, and his Queen is a significant one. Continue to Kensington Palace to see the home they created together.
