Thanks for visiting my website for information about my novels and my life.
Something new--and different--in 2015! My 12th novel and first mainstream historical title, A Pledge of Better Times, will be available in print and as an ebook in April. Much more information is available at my other website.
A never-before-published novella is available!
On its release this title made the Kindle Top 100 Bestseller list for Short Stories (all short stories, not just romances ones!) A love spoon is a traditional Welsh love token. The cover design, created by illustrator Ravven, used my photograph of the spoon I purchased in North Wales and was nominated for a "best cover" award. Here's a blog post about my spoon and the story's setting. And a guest blog about 18th century Wales.
My full-length historical Kissing a Stranger is available for only 99 cents at all retailers--see the right sidebar for links.
An Amazon exclusive!
Thanks to all who helped my bestselling novella "The Apple Blossom Bower"--an Amazon exclusive--hit the low single digits in Short Story downloads this spring. I hope you enjoy the story and will also sample my full-length novels!
In 2012 I released five previously published paperbacks as Ebooks. I'm delighted to make these crtically-acclaimed books available to a new and broader readership! All are historical romances. They can be purchased for a variety of e-reading devices.
The primary characters of The Islanders Series are connected to the Isle of Man, but their adventures in search of lasting love take them to London and elsewhere. The Proposal is the tale of dark intrigue, blazing passion--and a glorious garden. My novella "The Apple Blossom Bower" was originally published in a by-invitation anthology.
2015 promises to be busy with the new book launch, two writing projects, and the usual travels. At the end of 2014 I made my annual visit to England, spending time in Berkeley, Bristol, Bath, Windsor, and of course London. The weather was splendid, it was lovely seeing friends, Christmas shopping, researching future books, and visiting galleries and museums and tracking down portraits of the characters in my forthcoming historical novel.
